Em novembro e dezembro é grande a azáfama no lagar da Cooperativa Agrícola de Alandroal. São os meses da safra da azeitona, que acabará com a sua transformação em azeite. Se vier ao Alandroal nestes meses, não perca a oportunidade de presenciar ao vivo os processos ancestrais de transformação da azeitona em azeite, agora realizados por maquinaria. Também pode comprar azeite diretamente nas instalações da cooperativa.
